Terms and Conditions for 12-Month Car Rental Membership Program
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership program (the “Program”) offered by Drivalia UK Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “your”). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. The Program provides a yearly discount on car rentals, including during peak periods (Easter, summer, and Christmas), in exchange for an annual membership fee of either £89 or £109 (the “Membership Fee”).
The Membership Fee is payable in full at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase, except as required by law. You will not receive any pro-rated refunds for partial use of the membership if you cancel or otherwise terminate your participation after the 30-day refund period.
As a member, you are entitled to discounts on car rentals, including during peak periods. The specific discounts available and terms of use may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you in advance.
The membership and any associated benefits, including promotional codes, are strictly personal and non-transferable. Promotional codes or discounts provided under the Program must only be used by the membership holder. Sharing or distributing promotional codes to third parties is strictly prohibited.
If we determine that a promotional code has been shared or used by someone other than the membership holder, we reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without a refund. The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued after the 30-day refund period. We may terminate your membership immediately if you breach these Terms, including misuse of promotional codes or discounts.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or other suitable means at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Program after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the Program, except where such losses or damages are caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
